"Publicityville" is a hilarious new romp which boasts a stellar cast, sharp wit, and a dynamic story which will sweep you into the uber competitive lifestyle of modern Hollywood! Comedy and stage veteran Courtney Peldon (Boston Public, InAlienable, Home Improvement) plays McKenna Parker, who is young and hungry to make a name for herself in the cutthroat world of entertainment publicity. When hired by an exclusive Hollywood publicity company, she thinks her dream has come true – until she finds herself stuck in the copier room and running errands for her overbearing bosses. With perky determination, she sets out to help a former child actor resurrect his ailing career by any means possible. Armed with a rag tag entourage and nothing but sheer willpower, McKenna manages to make a name not only for herself in the ruthless world of publicity campaigns but also makes lifelong friends – and enemies - in the process.

This production marks the directorial debut of Emmy nominated actress Ashley Peldon (Drop Dead Fred, MTV's Connected, Ghost World). Working in the entertainment industry for the past 20 years, Ashley has created a world where the ruthless get ahead and the merciless succeed– sounds a lot like Hollywood to me!
